The evolution of the trading place from the olden open air market space, through the bazaar to the modern complex has always drawn character from the nature of goods, mode of transaction as well as sophistication of the society in the specific environments. But then here sets in the departure, that like in other aspects of life today, access to technology seems to be changing the modes of transaction. This has defined the Mall into the space that best accommodates the interactive nature of cosmopolitan consumerism, with an aesthetic neutral to context and that has universal adaptability. We have delivered a series of such projects in downtown areas, on the urban edge as well as suburban locations.
